  • 11. Make sure that telephone system work smoothly without interruption.
  • 12. Operator should not be engaged in unnecessary conversation while sitting on the board.
  • 13. The operator on board should be extremely courteous towards people calling from in and outside to the hospital and make them feel the operator is willing to do everything for them.
  • 14. Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.
  • 15. Operator should have the speed in connecting the calls; hence he/she will not be late in attending the calls.
  • 16. Operator shall work in SHIFTS/ Overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by management.

  • 1. Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • 2. Organize and store all chemical substances, fluids and compressed gases according to the safety instructions.
  • 3. Collect samples, Organise the samples with specimen labelling, sorting specimens, checking labelling, logging specimens, arranging reports for delivery.
  • 4. Dispatch the daily reports to the nurses as per the time schedules specified by the management. Crosscheck register to ensure all the reports are delivered timely.
  • 5. Email reports to patients with acknowledgement from In-Charge, nurses and clinicians.
  • 6. Identify and communicate abnormal report to the In-Charge and the Clinician.
  • 7. Ensure instructions are given to patients prior to the sample collection to avoid any kind of abnormality.
  • 8. Counsel patients before collecting the samples.
  • 9. Maintain all lab registers, record all data and results in specified forms / registers with accuracy. Oversee and review all the registers periodically.
  • 10. Maintain separate registers for Semen Analysis, IUI and Semen Freezing.
  • 11. Monitor and Ensure fridge temperature is maintained as per the guidelines.
  • 12. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean and test sterility of all equipment.
  • 13. Ensure mandatory attendance for all the training sessions and brainstorming sessions.
  • 14. Ensure stock check is done daily and consumption entry reports are maintained accurately.
  • 15. Ensure consent forms are collected and filed accurately.
