As a Yoga, Psychology, and Nutritional Trainer, your primary focus will be to support individuals and couples experiencing infertility. You’ll integrate yoga practices, psychological guidance, and evidence-based nutrition to enhance overall well-being, reduce stress, and optimize fertility.
Job Responsibilities

1. Yoga Instruction:

• Conduct personalized yoga sessions tailored to infertility patients.

• Design and lead yoga classes, emphasizing relaxation, stress reduction, and gentle movement.

• Adapt yoga practices to address physical and emotional challenges related to infertility.

• Foster mind-body connection through yoga techniques.

2. Psychological Support:

• Provide emotional support and coping strategies for patients dealing with infertility.

• Address anxiety, depression, and emotional distress associated with fertility struggles.

• Teach mindfulness techniques to manage stress and promote resilience.

3. Nutritional Guidance:

• Offer evidence-based nutritional advice specific to infertility.

• Address dietary factors that impact reproductive health.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized meal plans.
