1. Hire, train, deploy and retain andrology technicians & Embryologist through LM
2. Define SOPs and ensure adherence (through LM)
3. Ensure andrology& Embryology lab TATs are maintained and improved
4. upskilling of team, newer instruments, newer protocols, process improvements
5. Tracking of costs of embryology work
6. Define SOPs for working with partners, identify partners, manage the partners - for PGTA, ERA, etc.
7. Ensure weekly, monthly reports are prepared, published and reviewed
8. Hire, train, retain and manage all clinicians
9. Define clinical practice SOPs and adherence to that
10. Responsible for success rate of GarbhaGudi
11. Ensure clinical justice is done to every couple who comes into GarbhaGudi
12. Setup a committee to define and oversee the clinical practices of GarbhaGudi
13. Define clinical treatment protocol SOPs and ensure adherence to that
14. Monitor the working of this committee and do the required changes to ensure best treatment at all times
15. Assign and manage the SPOC for GGIRHR academics and research work
16. Responsible for the most important aspect of GarbhaGudi - IUI and IVF success rates
