Job Responsibilities

1. International Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement international marketing plans to promote the organization’s healthcare services.

• Conduct market research to identify target regions, patient demographics, and healthcare trends.

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and content marketing, to engage global audiences.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, and multilingual content.

• Represent the organization at international healthcare conferences, trade shows, and expos.

2. Medical Tourism Development:

• Build relationships with international medical tourism agencies, travel coordinators, and insurance companies.

• Establish partnerships with international hospitals, clinics, and embassies.

• Develop medical tourism packages, including treatment options, travel arrangements, and post-treatment care.

• Ensure alignment of services with international patient needs, including cultural and language considerations.

3. Patient Experience & Coordination:

• Oversee end-to-end patient journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and adherence to international quality standards.

• Address language barriers by managing interpretation services and multilingual staff.

• Manage visa assistance, travel coordination, and accommodations for international patients.

4. Business Development:

• Identify and explore new international markets and opportunities for business growth.

• Analyze ROI and performance metrics for international marketing initiatives.

• Develop pricing strategies and financial plans for international patient services.

• Provide insights into global market trends and competitor strategies.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
