Senior Manager - Operations
Qualification: MHA or MBA
Experience: 10 Years

1. Human Resource:
a. Manpower Planning – Co-ordinate with Managers of each centre and check on the manpower requirement and update Back Office Executive. Assisting Back off Executive in screening and shortlisting candidates.
b. Attendance –Crosscheck the attendance on monthly basis along with Managers. Monitor leave and week offs of all departments. Manager’s attendance and leave to be planned and approved. Extra work hours of managers need to be approved as well.
c. Training – On job training and training on Infertility for new joiners. Asses staff needs and Initiate periodical training programs for working staff. Monitor and review the progress of staffs in order to provide satisfactory couple delight. Applying ERRC and 3T principle’s quarterly.
2. Operations:
a. Grievance Management – Handle couple issues in a timely and accurate way. Ensure couple delight by maintaining strong relationships. Oversee and ensure that all the staffs deliver quality service to couples.
b. Service Support – Ensure couples retention by proactively analysing couples concerns and announcing special discounts / offers (in line with Management).
c. Marketing Support – Assist Marketing team in arranging camps and required man power support to execute the event effectively. Weekly call with Business Development team to Ensure timely disbursement of monthly referral payments and support needed from each centre for business development activities.
3. Administration:
a. Periodic Meetings – Ensure mandatory implementation of review meetings in the center. Bi monthly review with manager’s and monthly once meetings with all staff across all centres. Generate revenue reports, produce revenue projections monthly and quarterly. Weekly and Monthly audits of all patient reports, procedure summaries issued by the center.
b. Audit – Perform weekly and monthly audit of patients reports, treatment protocol and summaries, consent forms – update medical head and file the documents. Visit assigned centers periodically to carry out center audits and to ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
c. Planning and Execution of business expansion with Director / Senior management.
In addition, the management may also entrust you with other associated/affiliated/strategic responsibilities from time to time.
