Garbhagudi IVF Hospital is seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our brand’s digital presence across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, building community, and increasing brand awareness by integrating our holistic fertility services, modern science, and Ayurvedic approaches. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing and optimizing social media content across multiple platforms, have a deep understanding of audience engagement, and be passionate about healthcare and fertility wellness.
Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Creation

- Develop and implement a multi-platform social media strategy that aligns with Garbhagudi’s mission to integrate modern IVF treatments with Ayurvedic practices.

- Create engaging, platform-specific content for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant networks, ensuring each piece speaks directly to our target audience of couples seeking fertility treatments.

- Utilize advanced tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software to create visually appealing and informative content that supports brand messaging.

Platform-Specific Management

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

- Leverage advanced targeting to promote Garbhagudi’s services, campaigns like the 5-day nutrition challenge, and educational content on fertility and holistic health.

- Manage Instagram Stories, Reels, and Facebook Ads to boost engagement and conversions.

- LinkedIn

- Build a professional presence for Garbhagudi, positioning the hospital chain as a thought leader in the IVF space. Create content around success stories, doctor spotlights, and industry insights.

- Engage with relevant groups, professionals, and potential collaborators to foster B2B opportunities.

-YouTube

- Create video content that highlights patient testimonials, fertility treatments, and educational webinars. Optimize video SEO to reach a wider audience.

Community Management

- Foster an engaged online community across all platforms by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.

- Proactively engage with followers, addressing their concerns and providing information, fostering trust and loyalty within the fertility community.

Campaign and Ad Management

- Design and execute cross-platform digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) to promote events, services, and educational initiatives.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics to optimize strategies.

Analytics and Reporting

- Track and analyze performance across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms to ensure continuous growth in engagement, reach, and conversions.

- Use data to refine the social media strategy and make recommendations based on platform trends and audience behavior.

Collaboration and Coordination

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content creation teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns.

- Partner with influencers, patients, and healthcare professionals to amplify our message across multiple platforms.

Trend Monitoring and Adaptation

- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends to ensure Garbhagudi’s digital presence remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in social media management, particularly in managing platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools for managing paid and organic campaigns.

- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities across multiple platforms.

- Excellent writing, visual content creation, and communication skills.

- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Proficient in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, video editing software, and social media management platforms like Zoho Social, Publr

Preferred Skills

- Experience with paid social media advertising, particularly on Meta platforms and LinkedIn.

- Knowledge of SEO and how social media can contribute to search engine rankings.
